Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the potatoes and cook them in a pressure cooker for about twelve minutes. Let them cool, then cut the potatoes into cubes. Peel the onion and slice it. Cut the herring fillets into cubes.

    Prepare the dressing: In a salad bowl, add salt, pepper, mustard, vinegar, and emulsify with oil. Add the onion, herring cubes, potato cubes, and mix. It's ready!
