Butternut Squash Gratin with Honey and Spices

Instructions

  • 1.   - Peel the squash and cut it into large cubes.
    - Steam them for 10 minutes. - Blend with honey, spices, rum, cornstarch, and almond powder.
  • 2.   - Beat the egg, cream, and sugar.
    - Mix 3 tablespoons of this mixture with the squash puree.
  • 3.   - Pour this mixture into 4 crème brûlée dishes.
    - Cover with the remaining egg mixture.
  • 4.   - Bake at 250°C for 15 minutes.
    - Enjoy warm.

    In the air fryer, 170°C for 15 minutes.

  • 2 teaspoon of almond powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
  • 30 g of honey
  • ½ teaspoon of four spices
  • 1 teaspoon of rum (optional)
  • 220 g of buttercup squash
