Baked Cod Fillets with Mushrooms

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • 2.   Wash the mushrooms, then slice them.
    Peel and wash the shallots, then finely chop them.
  • 3.   Next, place the mushroom slices at the bottom of an ovenproof dish.
    Add the chopped shallots and arrange the fillets on top of the vegetable bed.
  • 4.   Pour the white wine and 1 cup (250 ml) of water over the ingredients in the dish.
    Season with salt and pepper, then cover everything with parchment paper.
  • 5.   Bake for 20 minutes.
  • 6.   While the fish is cooking, cook some pasta.
  • 7.   Once the fish is cooked, drain the fillets.
    Arrange them on a serving dish and cover them with the mushroom-shallot mixture.

  • 15 g of butter
  • 200 g of pasta
