  • 2.   Peel your vegetables, and cut the carrots and leeks into slices. Slice the onion.
  • 3.   Sauté the onion in the sauté mode during preheating. Add the carrots and leeks, let them cook for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally.
  • 4.   Add the chicken broth.
  • 5.   Set to pressure cook mode for 17 minutes.
  • 6.   Once cooked, separate the vegetables from the broth. Blend the vegetables while gradually adding the broth until desired texture. Add the heavy cream and season to taste. Serve hot.
