1. In a pot, bring a large amount of water to a boil and steam the broccoli using a stainless steel steamer basket for 7 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, brown the thinly sliced chicken in a non-stick skillet. Deglaze with 1/2 glass of water and add 2 teaspoons of soy sauce + 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil + 1 teaspoon of sunflower seeds.
3. Add the broccoli and sauté gently for 3 minutes.
4. Add a little water from time to time to prevent sticking. Serve hot with steamed rice!
