Crispy turkey/cheese cutlets

- To be served with a sheep yogurt sauce/fresh herbs/salt/pepper - If you don't like pesto, you can replace it with mustard or Savora

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F)
  • 2.   Brush the phyllo sheets with olive oil
  • 3.   Place 1/2 turkey cutlet brushed with pesto on each sheet
  • 4.   Sprinkle each one with 25g (1 oz) grated cheese
  • 5.   Fold the sides of the phyllo sheets and roll them up
  • 6.   Secure with a cocktail pick
  • 7.   Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • 8.   Bake for 8-10 minutes
  • 9.   Remove the crispy cutlets from the oven
  • 10.   PS - for appetizers, cut the rolls into 3 or 4 pieces to have more servings

  • 80 g of pesto
  • 100 g of grated Comté cheese
  • 4 brick pastry sheets
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
