Instructions

  • 1.   Béchamel sauce: Melt the butter in a large saucepan, add the flour and gradually add the milk, white wine, cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, heat water for the pasta and cook it for the time indicated on the package.
  • 3.   Add mussels, shrimp, and surimi to the béchamel sauce.
  • 4.   Drain the cooked pasta and pour the seafood béchamel sauce over it. Serve.

  • 150 g of surimi
  • 50 g of butter
  • 2 tablespoon of Type 45 flour
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 bag of pasta
  • 1 glass of dry white wine (optional)
  • 1 handful of grated cheese (optional)
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
