Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven. Place the potatoes in the baking tray.
  • 2.   Once the oven is hot, slide the potatoes in and let them cook for 1 hour.
  • 3.   Remove the potatoes from the oven, cut them in half, and season with salt and pepper.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Scoop out the flesh onto your plate and mash it with a knob of butter.
  • Add ham or pâté and a green salad for a balanced meal.
