Moroccan dried fava bean soup with a slice of ham

Instructions

. Bring the water to a boil.

. Pour the washed fava beans into the boiling water. Add crushed garlic cloves, salt, and chili pepper, then let simmer for 30 minutes.

. Once the fava beans are well cooked, remove from heat and let cool, then blend to obtain a soup.

. Serve hot, sprinkled with cumin and drizzled with olive oil.
