Instructions
1. Slice the onion into slightly thick slices (about 8 mm).
2. Heat a wok with a mixture of butter and olive oil. Add the onions and cook until they are just golden.
3. Add the sausages and cook them until they start to brown.
When the sausages are slightly browned and the onions are lightly burnt, add the broth and a large glass of water.
4. Let the mixture boil for 3 minutes.
5. Add the still frozen peas.
Cover and simmer over very low heat for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
