Chorizo Pizza

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 210°C (425°F).
  • 2.   Roll out the pizza dough (already equipped with a baking sheet) on a baking tray.
  • 3.   Spread the tomato sauce on the dough and sprinkle with basil.
  • 4.   Wash the mushroom and cut it into thin slices. Cut the mozzarella and chorizo into rounds. Wash and cut the red bell pepper into thin strips.
  • 5.   Arrange the mushroom slices, chorizo rounds, mozzarella rounds, and bell pepper strips on top of the sauce (in that order).
  • 6.   Sprinkle with grated cheese, then with parmesan and oregano.
  • 7.   Place the pizza in the oven for a good 20 minutes and enjoy!

  • 30 cl of tomato coulis
  • 100 g of chorizo
  • 1 mushroom
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 125 g of mozzarella
  • 100 g of grated cheese
  • 3 pinch of grated parmesan
  • 1 pinch of basil
  • 1 pinch of dried oregano
