Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the spinach in boiling water.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, peel your onion, cut it into small pieces, and sauté it in 1 tsp of oil.
  • 3.   In a bowl, mix the flour, eggs, cottage cheese, almond milk, garlic, salt, and pepper.
    Then add the grated gruyère cheese and cooked onion. Mix well.
  • 4.   IMPORTANT STEP: Once your spinach is cooked, drain it and press it to remove as much water as possible.
    Add it to your mixture and mix well.
  • 5.   Place a sheet of parchment paper in your pie dish and pour the mixture onto it.
    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
    Let it cool slightly after removing from the oven.

  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
