Cauliflower Bacon Babybel Galette

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the cauliflower and mash it (about 6 minutes in a pressure cooker until it is very tender and easily mashed with a fork)
  • 2.   Cut the Babybel cheese into small cubes
  • 3.   Mix everything together, you will have a very thick batter. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  • 4.   Wet your hands to form dough balls without sticking.
  • 5.   Make 6 dough balls and place them on a parchment paper. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 200°C, flipping halfway through cooking.
  • 6.   Enjoy immediately or cold/reheated the next day with a small salad or soup.
