Instructions

  • 1.   Remove the stems from the strawberries, peel the banana, and cut them into pieces. Add the ingredients in the specified order.
  • 2.   Blend for 5 seconds on speed 2, then for approximately 30 seconds on speed 4. Pour into a bowl and add the muesli, sliced strawberries, and pumpkin seeds.
