Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the carrot. Slice the carrot and zucchini into julienne strips.
  • 2.   Peel, seed, and dice the tomato.
  • 3.   Sauté the julienne strips in olive oil, then add the tomato, cream, and finely chopped basil towards the end of cooking. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 4.   Meanwhile, cook the pasta. Drain.
  • 5.   Mix the pasta with the sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan or Gruyère cheese.

  • 8 leaf of fresh basil
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
