Instructions

  • 1.   Rinse the lentils, then cook in a large pot of salted water until tender. Drain and let cool.
  • 2.   Cut and finely slice the spring onions, cut the tomatoes in half, then pick and finely chop the herb leaves.
  • 3.   Mix the cooled lentils with the spring onions, tomatoes, herbs, and 4 tablespoons of oil. Add lemon juice to taste, season with sea salt and black pepper, then serve.

  • 200 g of cherry tomato
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 bunch of fresh mint
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 tablespoon of olive oil
