Smoked salmon tartlets

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Step 2:
  • 2.   Roll out the pastry discs into tartlet molds. Fill with the smoked salmon cut into strips. Step 3:
  • 3.   Beat the cream with the eggs and egg yolk, season and add the chopped chives. Mix well. Step 4:
  • 4.   Pour over the salmon and bake for 20 minutes in a hot oven.
