Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and scrub the carrots to remove any excess dirt, if necessary. Peel them if they are not organic and cut them into pieces.
  • 2.   Peel the orange and lemon, saving the zest for a future pastry recipe.
  • 3.   In the juicer chute, alternate the carrot pieces and citrus fruits. Mix the juice obtained with a small spoon and consume it immediately.
