1. Use meatballs, ground beef patties, or make your own meatballs with ground meat: Season the meat with salt, pepper, and spices, mix well, and form balls about 3 to 4 cm in diameter.
2. Cut the shallot in half, peel it, and finely slice it.
3. In a sauté pan, sauté the shallots over medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil and the meat for 5 to 7 minutes until cooked. Remember to flip the meat to ensure even cooking.
4. Squeeze the whole garlic clove with the skin on or mince it.
5. Towards the end of cooking, add the garlic, soy sauce, and cream, then continue cooking for 1 minute.
6. Serve with roasted or sautéed vegetables, pasta, rice, mashed potatoes, or potato croquettes.
