Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
2. Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces (about 2 cm or smaller).
Place them in a baking dish (not directly on the rack). Season with salt, pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for about 20 minutes.
3. In a sauté pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat and sauté the minced onion with the sugar for 10 to 12 minutes until caramelized.
Stir occasionally.
4. Cut the raclette cheese into pieces.
After the 20 minutes of baking the potatoes, distribute the raclette cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
5. Season the salad with a drizzle of olive oil and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
In bowls, distribute a rolled slice of ham, caramelized onion, salad, and raclette potatoes.
