Instructions

  • 1.   Rinse the zucchini and the grapes. Finely slice the zucchini and remove the grapes from the stem, cutting them in half. Peel the kiwi and slice it thinly. Cut the goat cheese into thin slices.
  • 2.   Mix together the fresh cheese, chopped chives, chili pepper, and a drizzle of oil. Season with pepper.
  • 3.   Quickly toast the bread slices. Spread the cheese mixture on the slices. Then, arrange the goat cheese, zucchini, and fruits on top. Cut each slice diagonally, drizzle with the remaining oil, and serve immediately.

  • 80 g of grape
  • 1 kiwi
  • 80 g of goat cheese log
  • 4 tablespoon of cream cheese
  • 1 pinch of Espelette pepper
  • 5 sprig of chives
  • 1 tablespoon of hazelnut oil
  • pepper (according to taste)
