Ravioli with Gruyère cheese gratin

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
  • 2.   Grease a baking dish. Pour the ground meat ravioli into the greased baking dish. Place the dish in the oven and cook the ravioli for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then sprinkle with grated Gruyère cheese.
  • 3.   Place the dish under the broiler of the oven and broil the ravioli with Gruyère cheese for 5 minutes, until the grated cheese is melted and golden. Remove from the oven and immediately serve the ravioli with Gruyère cheese on plates. Enjoy hot with a dressed green salad.
