Raw Pad Thai with Crayfish and Peanut Sauce

Instructions

  • 1.   For the Pad Thai:
    Spiralize the zucchini, slice the carrot into strips, thinly slice the red bell pepper, and finely chop the green onion.
  • 2.   Add the crayfish, a few fresh coriander leaves, and some peanuts. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 3.   For the sauce:
    Simply add all the ingredients to a container and mix until you obtain a creamy and homogeneous consistency.
  • 4.   To serve:
    Pour the sauce over your crayfish salad, mix well, and enjoy.

  • 150 g of Crayfish
  • 3 leaf of fresh coriander
  • 1 crushed peanuts
  • Pour la sauce :
  • 2 tablespoon of coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ red chili peppers
  • 10 g of fresh ginger
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
