2. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese and pressed garlic (!adjust the quantity to your taste).
Season with salt and pepper.
Slice the onion and mushrooms.
3. Sauté them for about 5 to 7 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and add the herbs de Provence.
4. Cut the cheese (Comté, Jura cheese, Emmental...) into thin sticks (approximately 0.5 cm).
On a baking sheet, unroll the pizza dough. Place the cheese sticks all around the pizza, leaving a 1 cm border, then fold the edges and press the dough firmly to stick it and prevent the cheese from coming out of the crust.
5. Spread the garlic cottage cheese on the pizza dough, then distribute the mushrooms evenly.
If you have any leftover cheese sticks, cut them into pieces and sprinkle them on the pizza.
Bake for 15 minutes until the dough is cooked and golden (lift to check).
6. Cut the apple into thin sticks (optional) and place it in a salad bowl with the salad of your choice.
When ready to serve, add olive oil and the vinegar of your choice. Mix well.
