1. Prepare the caramel by cooking the can of condensed milk for 1 hour in a double boiler.
2. Slice the ripe bananas and arrange them on the biscuit. Press down.
3. Prepare the biscuit by blending butter and speculoos cookies. Place it at the bottom of a presentation ring and press down firmly.
4. Once the can of condensed milk is cooked and cooled, pour the caramel over the bananas.
5. Whip the whipping cream until it forms stiff peaks.
6. When serving, top the cakes with the whipped cream and remove the presentation rings. Grate some chocolate and sprinkle the cakes with chocolate shavings.
