Salmon and Broccoli Pasta

Instructions

  • 1.   Separate the broccoli into small florets, wash them, and cook them in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Drain them and keep them warm.
  • 2.   Slice the salmon into strips.
  • 3.   Cook the pasta.
  • 4.   Drain the pasta.
  • 5.   In a saucepan, mix the egg yolks and cream, then add the pasta, salmon, and broccoli.
  • 6.   Season with pepper and place the saucepan over low heat.
  • 7.   Serve in a dish with Parmesan cheese.
