Kiwi and Smoked Salmon Verrines

Smoked salmon and kiwi go perfectly together. If you haven't tried it yet, now is the time to test this fresh and delicious kiwi and smoked salmon verrine. This original and simple recipe will surprise your taste buds and offer a colorful presentation. Plus, it's a nice change from the classic salmon-avocado or salmon-sour cream combination. You can replace the kiwi with mango, avocado, or a few diced fresh tomatoes. For a lighter version, replace the sour cream with lemon-flavored yogurt. If you don't have chives, basil can be a great alternative.
