Spiced Turkey Roast

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the garlic cloves and insert them into the meat.
  • 2.   In a bowl, mix together the honey, lemon juice, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  • 3.   Place the meat in a dish and brush it on all sides with the mixture. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  • 4.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 5.   Peel the zucchini and onions. Cut them into pieces and arrange them around the meat. Pour the chicken broth over the vegetables and bake for 45 minutes. Halfway through cooking, turn the meat over and stir the vegetables.

  • 2 garlics
  • 3 zucchinis
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin seed
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 50 cl of chicken bouillon cube
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
