Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Mix the cream cheese with the mustard and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 2.   Remove the skin from the chicken thighs and brush with the mustard mixture. Place in a baking dish and bake for 40 minutes.
