Instructions

  • 1.   Rinse the quinoa several times.
  • 2.   Pour into a saucepan and add twice its volume of water.
  • 3.   Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover, and let cook until all the water is absorbed.
  • 4.   Wash and cut the tomatoes into pieces.
  • 5.   In a salad bowl, mix everything together.

  • 100 g of quinoa
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 corn (small can)
  • 1 canned tuna in water (drained weight)
  • 50 g of green olive
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
