1. Cook the meat pieces in a pan until they are slightly browned.

2. Cut the tomatoes into half slices, slice the onions, shred the lettuce, and cut the feta into large pieces.
3. For a white sauce: mix the Greek yogurt in a bowl with lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and your preferred herbs.
4. Fill the split pitas (or spread on a tortilla) with:
- a layer of white sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion, feta, and cooked meat.
Drizzle with a layer of sauce (white sauce, mayo, ketchup, etc.).
