Cheese and Nutmeg Macaroni Gratin

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the macaroni in boiling water until al dente.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, melt the cream, add grated nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  • 3.   Drain the pasta and spread it in a gratin dish. Pour the nutmeg cream over it. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • 4.   Bake for about 15 minutes at 180/200°C.

  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • salt (according to taste)
