Instructions

  • 1.   Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat or in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • 2.   Put the flour, baking powder, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix and make a well in the center.
  • 3.   Add the whole eggs and whisk everything together.
  • 4.   Incorporate the melted butter, whisk, and gradually mix in the milk to avoid lumps.
  • 5.   Let the batter rest for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  • 6.   In a hot and lightly greased pan, cook the pancakes like you would cook crepes, but make them smaller. Keep warm and enjoy.
