Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the eggs for 10 minutes in boiling water to obtain hard-boiled eggs.
  • 2.   Plunge them into ice water to stop the cooking, then remove the shells. Set aside.
  • 3.   Crumble the tuna.
  • 4.   Cut the avocados into pieces.
  • 5.   Put all these ingredients in a salad bowl, add shallots, chives, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  • 1 shallot
  • 2 sprig of chives
  • 4 tablespoon of olive oil
