One-pot turkey pasta with cheese sauce

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and chop the onion. Cut the turkey escalope into cubes. Slice the zucchini.
    Put everything in a pot, add the pasta and cover with water.
  • 2.   Bring to a boil and let cook until most of the water has evaporated (approximately the cooking time indicated on the package). Taste the pasta to check for doneness.
  • 3.   Add the ricotta, parmesan cheese, and mix well. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
    Serve hot.

Notes & Suggestions

  • You can replace the pasta with rice!
