Beet Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the beets into cubes.
  • 2.   Crumble the feta.
  • 3.   Mix lemon juice, salt, pepper, mustard oil, and finely chopped parsley and coriander.
  • 4.   Add the dressing to the diced beets.
  • 5.   Spread butter, minced garlic, pepper, and dried parsley on the bread slices.
  • 6.   Bake in the oven until toasted. Remove once they are grilled.
  • 7.   On a plate, place 2 lettuce leaves. Add some beet cubes in sauce and crumbled feta. Serve with the bread slices on the side.

  • 4 large cooked beetroot
  • 12 leaf of lettuce
  • 100 g of feta
  • 12 slice of toast
  • 4 stalk of fresh coriander
  • 4 stalk of parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 slice of lemon
  • ½ teaspoon of mustard
  • 3 garlic puree
  • 15 g of melted butter
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
