Instructions
1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Brown the chicken breasts for a few minutes over high heat. Remove from heat and set aside.
2. Peel and slice the shallots, then add them to the same skillet as the chicken. Sauté for 2 minutes. Add the minced garlic and paprika, mix well and cook without burning the garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Add the lemon juice and broth. Return the chicken to the skillet. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let cook for a few minutes covered.
4. Add the cream and parsley. Bring to a boil again and let cook for 5 minutes over low heat. Enjoy the dish hot.
