Simone's Turkey Cutlets

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
    Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking tray.
    Lay the turkey cutlets flat on the sheet.
  • 2.   Spread one tablespoon of tomato paste and one teaspoon of ketchup on each cutlet.
    Season with pepper to taste.
    Sprinkle grated Emmental cheese on each cutlet.
  • 3.   Bake for 10 minutes.
