Broccoli and Salmon Clafoutis

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Steam the broccoli florets.
  • 2.   Crack the eggs, whisk and add the cornstarch and flour. Gradually pour in the milk.
    Season with salt, pepper, and add the spices.
  • 3.   Add the broccoli and the salmon cut into pieces and pour into a baking dish.
    Bake for 45 minutes and let it cool before serving.
  • 4.   It is also very good cold after spending a night in the fridge.
