Instructions
1. Mix all the marinade ingredients (Greek yogurt, garam masala, cumin, turmeric, cardamom) in a dish. Add the meat and coat it well with the spice mixture. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. Chop the cashews. Finely chop the onions and garlic. Grate the ginger.
3. Sauté the onions, then add the garlic, ginger (1 unit of fresh ginger = 1cm grated), and tomato paste. Cook for 1 minute, then add the chicken with its marinade and brown it well.
4. Add the crushed tomatoes and cream. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer gently for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently (30 minutes for chicken thighs).
5. Adjust the seasoning and sprinkle with cashews before serving.
