1. Beat the yogurt with a little milk until there are no more yogurt chunks, add the remaining milk, syrup, and mix well.
2. Divide the mixture into bottles (I use these bottles for drinkable yogurt) and set the yogurt program for 4 hours and 30 minutes.
On the Multidélice yogurt maker, the minimum time is 6 hours, so remember to stop it earlier because, in my opinion, 6 hours makes the yogurt too firm for drinkable yogurt.
3. Refrigerate and let cool for at least 4 hours.
