1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. To prepare the crepes, pour sifted flour into a bowl, make a well in the center, and gradually pour in half of the water and milk mixture while stirring with a spatula. Mix well.
3. Add the beaten whole eggs gradually while stirring, then add the sugar, salt, oil, remaining liquid, vanilla, and Grand Marnier. The batter should become "light".
4. Let the batter rest for 1 hour.
5. Cook the crepes in a pan over low heat, flipping them to cook both sides.
6. To prepare the pastry cream, heat the milk in the microwave.
7. Mix 2 egg yolks, 1 whole egg, vanilla, sugar, Grand Marnier, and flour.
8. Heat the mixture in the microwave several times, stirring until thickened.
9. Mix the cream, candied fruits, and butter.
10. Spread the cream mixture on each crepe, then stack them.
11. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
12. Place them on a buttered dish and bake for 15 minutes.
