Instructions
1. Peel the potatoes and rinse them with water. Remove any eyes or black spots. If they are different sizes, cut them lengthwise to obtain pieces of the same volume.
2. Pour about 3 cm of water into a pot or large saucepan and place a perforated basket on top of the water. Place the potatoes in the basket. Sprinkle two pinches of coarse salt over them. Cover and bring to a boil. Let them cook for 20 to 30 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
3. Place the potatoes in a dish and serve.
