Muffin: chocolate, red fruits

Instructions

  • 1.   Mix in a food processor or bowl: flour, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, and baking powder.
  • 2.   Add milk, melted butter (or oil), and eggs.
  • 3.   Stir until smooth batter is obtained.
  • 4.   Place a spoonful of the mixture in each muffin mold.
  • 5.   Add red fruits and/or chocolate.
  • 6.   Add another spoonful of the mixture (covering the fruits well...).
  • 7.   Sprinkle with crushed almonds and hazelnuts.
  • 8.   Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F) (thermostat 6).
  • 9.   Check the cooking and then add a glass of water on the oven tray.
  • 10.   Bake for another 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
  • 11.   Remove from the oven and let it rest for 1 hour...

Notes & Suggestions

  • ■ Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.

  • 10 g of almond
