1. Mix in a food processor or bowl: flour, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, and baking powder.
2. Add milk, melted butter (or oil), and eggs.
3. Stir until smooth batter is obtained.
4. Place a spoonful of the mixture in each muffin mold.
5. Add red fruits and/or chocolate.
6. Add another spoonful of the mixture (covering the fruits well...).
7. Sprinkle with crushed almonds and hazelnuts.
8. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F) (thermostat 6).
9. Check the cooking and then add a glass of water on the oven tray.
10. Bake for another 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
11. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 1 hour...
