French toast

Instructions

  • 1.   Make the omelette (eggs, salt, pepper...)
  • 2.   Lightly toast the bread slices
  • 3.   Make a ham and cheese sandwich
  • 4.   Dip the sandwich in the egg mixture (well soaked)
  • 5.   Cook until golden in a hot pan with oil
  • 6.   Cook for 1 minute on each side (lightly press to seal the sandwich)

Notes & Suggestions

  • Serve with a mache or mesclun salad
