Warm Lentil and Cabbage Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the lentils for 30 minutes with a pinch of salt.
  • 2.   Sauté the thinly sliced cabbage heart in oil.
    Add the onion.
    Let it reduce for 5 minutes.
    Add the spices.
  • 3.   Add the drained lentils.
    Add two tablespoons of water.
    Let it cook for 10 minutes.
    It's ready.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Serve with a small portion of wild rice and cashews.
