Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the basil and set it aside. Slice the mozzarella thinly. Slice the tomatoes.
  • 2.   Peel and finely chop the onion.
  • 3.   Finely chop the basil and set it aside.
  • 4.   In a salad bowl, combine the pepper, salt, balsamic vinegar, and mix well; add the olive oil.
  • 5.   Add the mozzarella, basil, and tomatoes to the salad bowl.
