1. Peel and cut all the fruits into pieces and put them in a large salad bowl.
2. Make your juice by mixing the syrup, sugar, and water in a pitcher.
3. Pour this mixture over your fruits, add the cinnamon sticks and vanilla.
4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (the longer you leave it in the fridge, the better your fresh fruit salad will be!).
5. You can also add a little alcohol according to taste, such as Kirsch, Rum, Soho, Pisang...
6. Enjoy!
7. If there is any left the next day, it will be even better as the fruits will have had time to marinate in their juice!!!
