Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the cottage cheese and heavy cream, whisk vigorously for 2 to 3 minutes to obtain a thick and creamy sauce.
  • 2.   Add the lemon juice, olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper. Whisk again for 30 seconds to obtain a homogeneous sauce.
  • 3.   Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Notes & Suggestions

  • If you want to lighten the recipe, reduce the fat content of the cream and cottage cheese.
