Instructions

  • 1.   Mix all the sauce ingredients. Cook the rice.
  • 2.   Peel and thinly slice the onion. Fry a few strips in a drizzle of olive oil.
  • 3.   Peel and slice the carrots into strips and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Cut the mango into small cubes.
  • 4.   Place the rice in a bowl, then arrange the shrimp, avocado, cherry tomatoes, carrot strips, and mango cubes.
  • 5.   Add the fried onions and cashews. Drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  • 50 g of rice
  • 80 g of cooked peeled shrimp
  • 70 g of avocado
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 30 g of carrot
  • 50 g of mango
  • 30 g of onion
  • 4 cashew nuts
  • 5 g of sesame seed
  • 1 olive oil
  • Pour la sauce :
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • ½ lemons
  • ½ teaspoon of ginger powder
  • 1 pepper
